Platform capabilities
Built for the teams that can't compromise.
Ten capabilities, each built to production depth. No half-finished integrations, no fine-print billing, no compliance workarounds.
EU-sovereign by architecture
Sovereignty isn't a tickbox. It's the foundation.
Bridgekit runs entirely on EU-jurisdiction infrastructure. Compute on Hetzner Cloud (Germany). Database, identity and queues on the same EU-jurisdiction host. Off-site backups on Scaleway (France). External services, payments, email, AI, all EU-based. There is no AWS, Azure or Google Cloud anywhere on the customer-data path.
Integrations that work
Connect what you already use, including the EU stack the others ignore.
Hundreds of connectors and a plugin SDK that makes adding new ones quick. We prioritise the EU stack, DATEV, Exact Online, Personio, Lexware, Mollie, Twinfield, Yuki, Adyen, iDEAL, SEPA, Peppol, exactly the integrations US-first platforms tend to under-build.
Secrets encrypted at rest
Your API keys never sit on disk in plaintext.
Every credential a workflow uses, API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and a versioned envelope on its way to the database. The plaintext lives only in memory while a step runs, then it's gone. No logs leak. No backups expose. Key rotation supported.
Multi-tenant, watertight
Run multiple customers on one stack, without anxiety.
Tenant isolation is enforced in three places: an EF Core query filter that scopes every read, a save-changes interceptor that refuses cross-tenant writes, and an integration test suite that proves the isolation against a real Postgres on every CI run. Built for the agency and SaaS-builder use case from day one.
Predictable pricing
One price per run. No operations counting.
We bill per workflow run, regardless of how many steps, filters or polling ticks it contains. You can predict your bill from your run volume, no nasty surprises when a downstream service hiccups and your retry logic burns through ten thousand operations overnight.
Audit-ready out of the box
Answer the auditor's questions before they ask.
Every state change in the workflow engine produces a tenant-scoped audit event. Who triggered the run, when, with which payload, which steps succeeded, which retried, where it ended. Queryable from the API, exportable for evidence, retention you control.
Real-time run metrics
See what your workflows are doing, as it happens.
The analytics dashboard shows throughput, latency, error rates and run history across all your workflows. Spot a bottleneck before it becomes an incident, compare time periods, and export the data your operations team needs.
Two-step event triggers
Workflows that wait for the right combination of signals.
Not every trigger should fire on the first signal. Two-step events let you define a primary trigger and a confirmation event. The workflow only executes when both arrive within the configured window, cutting false positives and duplicate runs.
MQTT device monitoring
Live sensor data from any MQTT device, connected to your workflows.
The IoT dashboard shows real-time data from MQTT devices alongside time-series charts for numeric payloads. When a sensor crosses a threshold, a workflow fires. Visualise device state, spot anomalies, and automate the response, all in one place.
Self-host for free
Run Bridgekit on your own infrastructure, at no cost.
The Bridgekit engine is open source. Clone the repository, run docker compose up, and you have a fully functional automation platform on your own servers. No licence fee, no call-home, no vendor lock-in. The cloud-hosted version adds managed uptime, updates and support on top.
