These terms govern your use of Bridgekit. By creating an account you agree to them.

Bridgekit is a workflow automation platform operated by Greenmango, Netherlands. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and (where applicable) our Data Processing Agreement. We may update these terms; you will be notified by email and the 'last updated' date will change. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. One account represents one legal entity; multi-user access is governed by the user limit of your chosen plan.
You may not use Bridgekit to process illegal content, to spam or harass recipients, to exfiltrate data in breach of third-party agreements, or for any purpose that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Mollie. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable; EU reverse-charge applies for B2B customers with a valid VAT number. Trials are 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial, a plan must be selected to continue using the service.
Each plan includes a monthly run quota and a limit on active workflows. At 80% of your quota we will email a warning. Workflows are throttled at 120% of quota and resume automatically at the start of the next billing period or on upgrade. Exceeding the active-workflow limit prevents publishing new workflows until you archive existing ones or upgrade.
You retain full ownership of the data you process through Bridgekit and the workflow definitions you create. Greenmango claims no rights to your content. We own Bridgekit's software, design and underlying infrastructure. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment after a grace period, or as required by law. On termination, a 30-day window is provided to export your data before deletion.
Bridgekit is provided 'as is'. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Greenmango's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are first referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Consumers in other EU member states may also invoke mandatory local consumer-protection provisions.
