- What counts as a run
- One start-to-finish workflow execution. Five steps, fifty steps, same charge. We don't bill per filter pass or per polling tick.
- Soft warning, hard cap
- We email you at 80% of your monthly quota and hard-throttle at 120%. You'll never be surprised by an invoice.
- Annual billing
- Pay annually and get roughly two months free vs. monthly. Cancel for the next term any time, no long-term lock-in.
- VAT and invoicing
- Payments processed by Mollie. VAT applied automatically per EU billing rules; B2B reverse-charge supported with a valid VAT number.

Can I change plans?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing term.
What happens if I exceed my quota?+
Soft warning at 80% by email. Soft warnings continue at 100% and 110%. At 120% workflows pause until the next billing period or until you upgrade. We will never silently invoice you for overage.
Can I use Bridgekit for free?+
Yes. The Free plan is free and stays free: two active workflows, 500 runs per month and seven days of history, no credit card. Move to a paid plan when you need more.
Do you offer discounts?+
Annual billing gives you about two months free. We also offer a non-profit and education discount, write to hello@bridgekit.eu.
